Hi there. This is my second attempt at a weight loss blog, my eighty-third (or so) attempt at weight loss, and my first at actually following through on the weight loss and the blog at the same time.
I’ve got a lot to say and a lot that I’ve already said; some of it’s worth hearing (and typing) and some of it…not so much. I hope you’ll stick around long enough for me to figure out which is which.
