and by that i mean - i'll be in new york for the next week! my organization's annual conference is there, and the whole staff goes up. i'll be back on the 15th, and i'm not sure what kind of posting i'll be doing. i also don't know what kind of exercise i'll be doing. i'm bringing my running shoes and some workout clothes, so i'm hoping i'll have some kind of motivation.
anyhoodle, on to the food for today.
breakfast, cottage cheese with grapes, cup of coffee with half and half.
lunch: trader joe's southwest salad with 4-5 oz chicken breast added
snack: fage yogurt with strawberry, cup of coffee with half and half.
dinner LOOKS gross, but it was REAL good. this was a palak paneer frozen meal from trader joe's, with a piece of naan. i actually ended up eating another half of a piece of naan because i wanted to clean out my pantry before i leave for new york. plus, carbs are delicious.

I would be SO bummed if I lost my trainer! Do you love your trainer? maybe you could switch to their new gym?

i did like him - but i'd have to pay him AND keep my old contract - so essentially pay double what i do now - i don't love him that much! :)
and yes, i fully support trader joe's salads - the southwest one is especially good :)
Oooh, I knew what that was right when I saw it - YUM! I'm going to have to check that out next time I'm at TJ's.
If I could eat palak paneer (or any Indian food for that matter), I'd be the happiest gal on earth.

I hope everything went well with finding a new personal trainer. Also I hope that you had a chance to enjoy the trip to New York. I had never tried cottage cheese with grapes before, what an interesting combination. That salad looks great, adding chicken breast sounds like something I would do.
