Breakfast:
*egg scramble: zucchini, mushrooms, egg subst., 1 LCL wedge, salsa
*cup of coffee
Snack:
*small bowl of strawberries and blueberries
Lunch:
*wrap: Flat Out Light Italian Herb, 1 LCL wedge, 5 oz rotisserie chicken, handful of baby spinach, 1 stringed-string cheese. Melted/grilled on GFGrill.
Dinner:
*pizza: whole wheat and rosemary dough, roasted butternut squash and onions, 1 LCL wedge, maybe 1/8 of a cup of parmesan cheese? Not sure about the amount of parmesan.
Dessert:
*laughing cow chocolate cone thing
PS - I also had dessert yesterday and I forgot to add it - it was a blueberry, raspberry peach crisp/cobbler thing with a little bit of sugar free vanilla ice cream. A moderate portion and still got some fruit in there! It was good.
