Breakfast:
*2 Belgian Waffles (homemade by yours truly!) (entered into Spark People recipe calculator – 153 cals per waffle) – there’s even 6 grams of protein per waffle! What a lovely surprise.
*cup of coffee
Lunch:
*”quesadilla”: Flat Out Light Italian Herb wrap, 1 stringed string cheese, 1/3 a cup chicken, handful of spinach grilled on the ol’ GFG
*can of V8
Dinner:
*Toasted Arnold’s Sandwich Thins, with 1 tbsp peanut butter
*cup of cottage cheese
Dinner was small and early ‘cause I have to go to bed early, because I have to get up at the ridiculous hour of 5:30am tomorrow – two week, full time temping job. Excited for money, NOT excited for the wake up call.
